A 10-K is annual. A 10-Q is quarterly.

## Concept

The form name tells you the reporting rhythm before you read the numbers.

## Worked Example: Compare Walmart's latest annual and quarterly filings

1. WMT's latest 10-K filing date in grepcent is 2026-03-13.
2. WMT's latest 10-Q filing date in grepcent is 2026-05-29.
3. Use the 10-K for the full fiscal-year picture and the 10-Q for the latest quarter's update.
